Biscuit Pudding Recipe| Pudding Recipe| Cream Cheese Pudding| Coffee Powder Pudding

Biscuit Pudding is a four layer pudding. The Key Ingredients are (Cream Cheese, Whip Topping, Salted Biscuits, Sugar & Coffee Powder). Basically, pudding is a dessert recipe which is loved by all age groups. It can be served anytime as a dessert or can be served on any special function/occassions/party. Normally, pudding is made with main ingredients such as gelatin which gives a perfect shape and texture and due to which it starts wiggling, chocolate, chocolate ganache etc. but here we are using only five ingredients as said above. The first layer consists of soaked biscuits, second layer consists of whipped cream mixture and again the same process continues. Finally, garnishing is done with coffee powder and the biscuit pudding is refrigerated for about 1 to 2 hours to set properly.

I adapted this yummy and delicious biscuit pudding recipe from my friend Roshna Shaju. Once again she proved that she is an amazing and fantabulous home baker. Hats-off to her baking skills.
