Ingredients:
1. Ash Gourd (Bhopla) - 500 gms
2. Coconut Milk - 1 cup
3. Water - 1/2 cup
4. Curry Leaves - 5 to 8
5. Green Chilli - 2 to 3
6. Salt as required
Method:
Step 1) Pressure cook chopped ash gourd (bhopla) in cubes with curry leaves, green chillies and salt in 1/2 cup water.
Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
Open pressure cooker lid once the pressure has reduced.
Step 2) Now open the pressure cooker lid and bring it to boil till the excess water is reduced.
Step 3) Switch of the flame and add the coconut milk. Mix it well
Delicious Olan ready!!
Step 4) Serve hot with steamed rice.
