Ingredients:
1. Rava(suji) - 2 cup
2. Curd - 1cup
3. Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
4. Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
5. Green Chilli - 3
6. Ginger - 2 inch
7. Grated Coconut - 1 cup
8. Oil / Ghee - 3 tsp
9. Water - 1 cup
10. Salt as required
Method:
Step 1) In a large mixing bowl take 2 cup Rava (suji), add 1 cup curd, salt as required and 1 cup water. Mix well
Step 2) Allow to rest Overnight.
Step 3) Heat Appam Pan add oil/ghee inside the holes.
Step 4) Now fill the holes with a spoonful of rava (suji) batter in each hole.
Step 5) Once the base turns golden, flip it over the other side using a spoon.
Step 6) Finally serve rava appam with green coconut chutney.
Step 7) Green coconut chutney recipe:
In a blender take 1 cup grated coconut, 1 cup coriander leaves, add 3 to 4 clove garlic, 2 inch ginger and 3 green chillies.
Blend smooth adding 1/2 cup water.
Now transfer to a cup
Green coconut chutney is ready!!
