Garlic Mushroom Recipe | Indian Style | Indian Recipe

Ingredients:
Button Mushroom: 400 gms
Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
Onion: 2 medium size
Garlic:15-16 cloves
Curd: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 50 gms
Salt as needed

Method:
Step 1) In a pan heat 50gms butter then add onion and saute well.

Step 2) Now add minced or crushed garlic and saute until the mixture of onion and garlic turns light brown in colour.

Step 3) Then add mushroom (chop in the shape you want)Saute well.

Step 4) Then add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, and curd.

Step 5) Stir all the ingredients together and cook for 10-12 mins with the lid on low flame.

Delicious Garlic Mushroom Ready!!

Step 6) Serve hot with roti, jeera rice etc
